Configure Retention Periods for Logs, Traces and Metrics

The Workspace tab on the Settings page shows your current retention periods.

Pick your new retention period for each signal:

• Logs: 15, 30, 90, 180 days, or 1 year
• Metrics: 1, 3, 6, or 13 months
• Traces: 15, 30, 90, 180 days, or 1 year

Retention changes affect pricing. Use the pricing calculator to estimate your new bill.

Then contact support with the periods you want, either through the chatbox in the bottom-right of your SigNoz Cloud interface or by email at cloud-support@signoz.io.

1. Go to the Workspace tab on the Settings page.
2. Set independent retention periods for metrics, traces, and logs under Retention Controls.
3. Click Save on each signal you changed.
